Development of Calculation Method of Flotation Devices with Conditioning Chamber

The issues of development of the method of calculation of flotation devices with conditioning chamber using the multi-stage Xenofontov model are considered in the work. For practical use, the model version is considered without taking into account the reversibility of the flotation process stages. The solutions of the system of equations describing the flotation process and the method of determining the main parameters of the flotation process, as well as examples of calculation of flotation devices with a conditioning chamber are given.

В работе рассмотрены вопросы разработкиметодики расчета флотационных аппаратов с кондиционирующей камерой с использованием многостадийной модели Ксенофонтова. Для практического использования рассмотрен вариант модели без учета обратимости стадий флотационного процесса. Приведены решения системы уравнений, описывающих флотационный процесс, и методика определения основных параметров флотационного процесса, а также примеры расчета флотационных аппаратов с кондиционирующей камерой.
