Aspart of the activities of the Technical Committee for Standardization TC 474 «Environmental requirements for real estate», was developed GOST R 71542-2024 «Environmental requirements for air exchange in operating rooms of medical institutions. General requirements», which entered into force in 2024. GOST R 71542-2024 discusses in detail the issues of organization and provision of air exchange from the perspective of modern requirements for the comfort and safety of patients. Here is a practical example that confirms not only the expediency, but also the priority of implementing the provisions of GOST R 71542-2024.

В рамках деятельности технического комитета по стандартизации ТК 474 «Экологические требования к объектам недвижимости» был разработан ГОСТ Р 71542–2024 «Экологические требования к воздухообмену в операционных комнатах медицинских учреждений. Общие требования», вступивший в действие в 2024 году. В данном документе подробно рассмотрены вопросы организации и обеспечения воздухообмена с позиции современных требований к комфорту и безопасности пребывания больных [1]. Приведем практический пример, подтверждающий не только целесообразность, но и приоритетность внедрения положений ГОСТ Р 71542–2024.
