Instructions for preparing poster presentation

The conference will include 20 minutes for invited speakers, 15 minutes for oral presentations, and poster sessions. Please check the "List of received papers" to check the form of your presentation: oral or poster. Organizing Committee have decided poster presentations will be the main and the most numerous type of presentation at the Symposium. Poster presented papers will be published on the disc and in the book of abstracts and proceedings without any difference from the orally presented ones. The best of the posters will be published in leading HVAC Journals: "ABOK", "EnergySaving". Authors may make the demonstration posters themselves or send files to the Symposium Secretariat. In the latter case the files will be printed as colored posters on a plotter. The instructions for preparing the poster presentation see below. The sheets will be installed on the poster boards by the Symposium Secretariat, the authors don't have to worry about that. The duty of authors is the discussion and explanation of the contents with the interested attendees. The time for this discussion is allocated on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Posters will be installed in the morning, so many people will be able to become familiar with the material before the discussion. Posting of excessive text is not recommended. Give preference to diagrams, pictures and charts. Leave details to the discussion with interested people. Remember that your presentation should be readable from a distance of at least 1m from the board. Do not use symbols smaller in height than 0.6cm (3.0cm-size letters are recommended for the title and 2.0 cm-size letters for the author(s) name(s)). It is necessary to make 30 mm margins at the top and bottom and 25 mm margins on the left and right. Times New Roman, Symbol and Arial fonts are preferable for representing text information. The files sent to the Secretary CC2006@abok.ru must have pdf format (Acrobat Job option as "Print"). Any additional fee is not necessary.
