The article discusses the first projects of administration buildings that became the prototypes of modern fully conditioned buildings. Use of air conditioning systems in administration buildings has impacted the design solutions for building in two areas: first of all, at gave the architects possibility to not be bound by the need to construct sun shading elements; second, it allowed for active use of new materials and constructions, while believing that the air conditioning systems will in any way ensure the required microclimate parameters.

В статье рассказывается о первых проектах административных зданий, являющихся прототипом современных полностью кондиционируемых зданий. Использование систем кондиционирования воздуха (СКВ) в административных зданиях оказало влияние на конструктивные решения зданий по двум направлениям: во-первых, дало возможность архитекторам не связывать себя необходимостью устройства солнцезащитных элементов; во-вторых, позволило активно применять новые материалы и конструкции, рассчитывая, что СКВ в любом случае обеспечит требуемые параметры микроклимата.
